I bought a $170 vibrator that was an absolute waste of money and was defective. The company wouldn't refund me but allowed me to exchange the product.

When I sent the product back I spent $20 to ship it. They then sent me the exact same vibrator back to me rather than the new product I had exchanged for. When I told them about this they said I would have to spend another $20 to ship this vibrator back if I wanted the other product.

So wait I need to spend a total of $40 of shipping when it was your mistake??? No US customer service number to reach anyone either.

Monetary Loss: $210.

My case is no less outrageous than your experience. I placed my order in Jan.

and now it's March but still nothing is coming. No refund. I've been in contact with them but their emails sound extremely rude. I don't even want to read them.

I wonder if any of you get a refund? If not we probably could start a suit against Lelo - this sounds like a fraud regime, claiming a product is coming out while in fact there wasn't any, counting on people getting fed up with their customer service and stop complaining.

my was never shipped and LELO said it was detained in customs after verifying it wasn't coming from shanghai when in fact it was. They would not issue a refund.

Do. Not do business with this company.

this same exact thing is happening to me right now. I placed an order on 1/31 with the intent of it arriving by valentines day.

per their website, I ordered in enough time to accommodate this. I paid for my order and they barged my card right away. 10 days later on 2/10 I emailed them stating I still hadn't received, an order confirmation, or tracking number. The next day they responded and stated my order was shipped 2/10.

It's now 2/18 and I still don't have the order. I've been in email contact with them several times now and they stated that customs might hold a purchase for 10 days. That info was not on the website, the fact that it was coming from Shanghai was not on the website, and the fact that they won't process your order for 10 days after payment was not on the website.

I asked that my $10 shipping at least be refunded and I keep getting asinine replies in bad English.

Stay away from LELO!!!
